Pretty Ordinary Day

My dad and lil bro left back to Ohio today. I just said bye and hugged em. I was like to tired to care or something. Sad to admit that eh. Went to work at 11 and got stacked in ones for tips. Swear should've gone to the strip club or something. Then after that went home and then worked out. Starting to get my priorities straight now too. I don't want to be to specific and explain that. Also imma use the blog as a personal journal for my daily stats on working out and eating. So after my talks it'll say daily stats and you don't have to read about my whale killing if you don't want to ^_^ Peace.

DAILY STATS:
Food: Subway Footlong veggie Sub with sw sauce and sweet onion=1200 cal
Cup of Chedder Broccoli Soup and Toast=500 cal
Vanilla malt milkshake=700 cal
Total:-2400 cal (today this was a rough guestimation)
Workout:
Lift weights:40 cal( didn't do to many reps)
Jogging at 7.03 min/mile for 30 min=600 cal
2400-600=1800
Not bad today. I'm trying to stay consistant everyday and I'm focusing on improving how fast I run at longer speeds. Right now im sticking to 8.5 mph for 30 min a day and im doing 4 miles a day. I used to do 5 at a slower speed so I also need to get back to that level.
